If you're looking to get Salesforce certified, the first step is to register for your exam through Webassessor. This guide will walk you through the entire process, from creating an account to scheduling your exam.
Create a Webassessor Account
Before you can schedule your Salesforce certification exam, you need to set up an account on Webassessor.

Follow these steps to get started:
Go to the Webassessor website – Open your web browser and visit webassessor.com.
Click on "Create an Account" – You’ll find this button on the login page.
Enter your personal details – Provide your full name, email address, and other required information. Ensure that all details are accurate, as they will appear on your certification.
Choose a strong password – Make sure it's secure and something you’ll remember.
Agree to the terms and conditions – Read through the terms, check the agreement box, and complete the account setup.
📌 Important Note: Your certification will be linked to the details you enter, so double-check everything. Any mistakes in your name or email could cause issues later.
Log in to Your Webassessor Account

Once you've created your account, it's time to log in and start the registration process.
Visit Webassessor.com – Open your browser and go to the official website.
Click "Login" – This will take you to the login page.
Enter your email and password – Use the credentials you created earlier.
Click "Submit" – You should now have access to your Webassessor dashboard.
Select a Salesforce Certification Exam
Now that you're logged in, you will land on the Home page (snapshot as below).

Once you landed on Home page, it's time to choose the Salesforce certification exam you want to take.

Salesforce offers a variety of certification exams for different career paths, such as:
Administrator Certifications – For those managing Salesforce environments.
Developer Certifications – Ideal for those working on customization and coding.
Consultant Certifications – Designed for Salesforce implementation experts.

Register for Your Exam on Webassessor

To find and register for an exam,
follow these steps:
Navigate to "Register for an Exam" – After logging in, look for the "Register for an Exam" tab in the Webassessor dashboard.
Browse through the exam list – Scroll through the available exams and select the one you want to take.
If you want to register for the Salesforce AI Associate exam, go to the "Associate Exams" section and click the + sign next to "Salesforce Certified AI Associate."
If you are looking for the Salesforce Certified AI Specialist exam, you’ll find it under the "Administration Exams" section.
Click on the Exam Name – This will open a page with detailed information, including topics covered, exam duration, and format. and Option to "Register" for the exam.
Note: If you've already passed an exam, the "Register " button will not be available for that certification.
Choose Your Exam Type :
Online Proctored Exam – Take the exam from home with a proctor monitoring via webcam. following snapshot shows the Online Proctored selection.

Onsite Proctored Exam – Select a test center near you for an in-person exam. Following snapshot represents the Onsite Proctored Exam

Please note : There is one more option provided and thats called "Event Proctored" , this is special Invitation only option, normally setup for specific event such as dreamforce or bootcamps ,etc.. Snapshot as below for reference ;

Finalize Registration and Payment

Proceed to Checkout – Once you've selected your exam type, continue to the payment page.
Make the Payment – Enter your payment details and confirm the transaction.
Check Your Scheduled Exam – After payment, go to the "My Assessments" tab in your Webassessor account. Here, you can view or reschedule your exam if needed.
